The CX-1000-74 from Controls is a MicroMinder flexible easy-to-operate, delay on release timer which operates 12-24V AC/DC. The adjustable 1 to 30 seconds, and accessed through hole in cover. Form C relay output rated at amps @ 24V DC. input may be dry contact such as wall switch.

The compact enclosure protects should it placed inside metal box, operator housing, ceiling cavity. circuit board removed if space premium.
