The ONS-R100-KM1Q from Seco-Larm is an occupancy notification system, monitor up to 2 rooms. Detects via PIR/light or both, use time, redirect traffic when monitored room in use, simple enough for DIY installation, each transmitter can be by unlimited number of receivers, choose 2-channel desk/wall mount receiver 1-channel wall receiver, power: 5~12VDC, micro USB terminals.
