Denecke TC-1 Time Code Reader - SMPTE / EBU

The Denecke TC-1 Time Code Reader provides access to time code for film editing at a lower cost compared to other systems. It assists editors in syncing, high-speed searching, logging, and maintaining accurate time-date records during production. The device reads SMPTE and EBU time code from VTRs, film editing machines, and film synchronizers at speeds from 1/50th to 50 times in forward and reverse directions. It cleans and reshapes time code when transferring audio tape to mag film while generating a 60 Hz sync pulse from 24 or 30 fps. A freeze mode halts the display at a desired point using the hold button.
