The KNIPEX Forged Wire Strippers feature high-grade, multi-stage oil-hardened steel construction for durability and precision. Their polished surface finish and knurled front jaws provide a secure grip and reliable performance. These wire strippers are capable of stripping 10 to 20 AWG wire, including solid and stranded types, and can cut 6-32 and 8-32 screws without threading.
Additional features include shear cutting blades with approximately 57 HRC, conduit reaming for burr removal, and a wire looping groove for attaching wires to screws. The wide gripping jaws facilitate twisting wires, and the lock mechanism can be operated with either hand for convenience. The bolted joint ensures stability during use.
