The IR Digital Binoculars includes a protective case, phone/computer SD card reader, neck strap, 32 GB SD card, USB cable, and an easy-to-read user manual. It's compatible with Bushnell or Sightmark tripods and does not include the 8 AA rechargeable batteries. Our US-Based customer service is available via phone/email every day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. The IR Digital Binoculars doesn't work through windows because IR beams will reflect.
2. When used with 8 x AA batteries there are 3 IR levels, when hooked to an external battery, there are 7 IR levels.
3. To TURN ON the Infrared Feature, please REMOVE the IR cap (the left lens cover) when using it during the night time AND press the IR button. Without doing those 2 things, the binoculars will still be in the day time settings.
4. For the ZOOM feature, there are 2 levels: 3.5X and 7X. You can switch between the 2 levels by pressing the ZOOM button. There are NO other IR binoculars on the market priced under $600 with continuous zoom as a spotting scope has.
5. To turn ON the infrared goggles, please HOLD the power button for 3-4 seconds. We have very very few defective units, therefore if your unit doesn't turn on, PLEASE check the polarity of the AA batteries if it's correct.
6. We recommend using rechargeable batteries Eneloop PRO by Panasonic because they are UP TO 25% stronger than other regular AA batteries. IMPORTANT: 1. There are only 2 Zoom Levels: 3.5X and 7X and they are activated by pressing the ZOOM Button.
