Steel tape armoring gives protection to the cable against rodent attacks. Steel tape can be used as a cable locator after installation.

These cables are easy to install due to gel free design. They have strain free fiber due to S-Z stranding. Longitudinal water protection is enabled by water blocking compounds in tube and core. They have easy mid-span access because of multi-tube design. Steel tape armoring provides additional protection against crush and impact. Steel tape can be used as a cable locator.
