The LI424B strobe is a high intensity remote visual signaling device which typically used with the Alpha IA543 amplifier apartment intercom systems, and optionally IA502 multi-entrance transfer relay(s). Due to its versatility, can also be as stand-alone device, triggered by dry contact pushbutton or relay closure.
The unit primarily for use in locations where hearing-impaired persons require supplemental call notification but anywhere that indication of an incoming desired. bright light flashes once second approximately 20-35 seconds when detected (depending on amperage 24VDC power supply).
The installed onto standard 4-inch square electrical box similar indoor openings. It not weatherproof therefore should any outdoor applications. Installation facilitated simple connections pre-mounted circuitry complement mounting hardware.
