The Bogen VRS3 is a vandal-resistant speaker designed for hands-free two-way communications. The consists of 3-inch, weather-resistant, cone-type and 25V transformer (tapped at 0.25, 0.5, 1 watt). can also be bypassed 8-ohm operation. are mounted on #12-gauge stainless steel faceplate. protected from harm by faceplate, three (3) interwoven screens. includes heavy-duty metal push button switch that protrudes slightly faceplate used to initiate call control center. wired use with systems require momentary contact closure annunciation (e.g., Nyquist or Multicom 2000). has 5-1/2" H x 7-1/2" W should three-gang box (5-13/16" L 4" 2-1/8" H), such as Thomas & Betts Model 3G4D 1/2 equivalent. Alternatively, surface using an enclosure Quam (model SE3GVP).
