The Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF505ES Wireless Smoke Detector is for use with the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call System.
The SF505ES is built upon photoelectric ESL technology, that continually monitors its own sensitivity and operational status. The detector provides drift compensation and visual display of over- or under sensitivity so that corrective action can be taken to reduce false alarms. Wireless frequency hopping technology maximizes range and reliability. The SF505ES is powered by two (2) included 3V Lithium batteries, and battery life is estimated at up to five (5) years, reducing the inconvenience and cost of replacing batteries. The SF505ES Wireless Smoke Detector features a low profile design and blends in with any decor.
