10/100/1000Mbps Multi-Rate Media Converter, 100FX/1000FX Selectable, PoE+.

The ComNet CNMCSFPPoE electrical-to-optical Ethernet converters accept a 10/100 or 1000 Mbps electrical input and converts this to 100 optical output (selected by dip switch) the 100/1000 back output. 'Auto-Negotiating' is supported on copper interface side. These devices use either one two fibers, depending upon selection of sold-separately SFP  optical module.
