The ComNet FDX2HSDS1B/M transceivers provide point-topoint or drop-and-repeat of two independent simplex duplex high-speed (2W) signals over one optical fiber. The are transparent to encoding allowing for broad-range compatibility. Models within this series available use with multimode fiber and feature built-in DIP switch-selectable bias termination resistors each channel. Plug-and-play design ensures ease installation requiring no electrical adjustments. incorporates bi-color (Red/Green) indicating LEDs monitoring proper system operation, including location breaks. FDX2HSD/M units medium size mount modules, they may be DIN-rail mounted by addition DIN rail adaptor plate (model DINBKT1, sold separately).
