The TD-20U by Optex is a battery-powered passive infrared (PIR) sensor and transmitter for Optex RCTD-20U. The detection pattern is selectable, allowing for a 17 foot (5 meter) fan pattern or 50 foot (15 meter) beam pattern, and sends a signal back to the Optex RC-20U Chime Box when compromised. The device is powered by a standard 9 Volt alkaline or Lithium battery (not included), and up to nine (9) TD-20U's can be added to one (1) Optex RC-20U Receiver.
