A cylindrical body with 1.06 inch diameter and 5.50 inch length accommodates this RK1 class fuse. It carries a 40 ampere rating and supports voltages up to 600 VAC and 300 VDC. The fuse features a ferrule end connection on both sides for secure installation. Interrupt ratings include 300 kAIC at 600 VAC and 100 kAIC at 300 VDC, providing high fault current protection. Response time is set at 10 seconds when current reaches 500 percent of the rating, allowing for temporary overloads without blowing. An electrically isolated end cap enhances safety during handling and installation. The fuse meets CE marking standards for compliance with international safety regulations.
