A single 15 amp, 125 volt receptacle with self-grounding and extra heavy duty hospital grade rating. It mounts using screws and supports back and side wired screw terminals for connections. The receptacle is constructed from durable nylon and complies with CSA, UL, and NEMA WD-6 standards. It is designed for indoor dry environments unless additional protection is provided. It accepts wire sizes from #14 AWG to #10 AWG and features two poles with three wires for single-phase use. The red color indicates its hospital grade classification. Measuring 3.28 inches by 1.63 inches by 1.19 inches, the device has a NEMA 5 rating and can handle up to 1,875 watts.
