The Fibertek RX-50-FX-SC transmits and receives (2) copper Base-T Ethernet signals at the optical 100 BaseFX ports. Dual versions of optics is available. A single rackcard unit capable connecting up to Series MX/MTX-46 modules which provides benefit reducing number rackcards corresponding subrack space power supplies. system designed be completely transparent with auto negotiation features automatically configures for correct speed (10/100 Base-T). MDI/MDIX operation eliminates potential need crossover cables. Diagnostic indicators provide quick visual indication status. Equipment may ordered as stand alone or cards that are mounted in Card Cage: SR-20/2.
