The CM-40-4-SB from Controls is a 4 1/2' round push plate switch with 'WHEELCHAIR' symbol and 'PUSH TO OPEN' in blue, satin brass finish (US4/606). CM-40 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 4-1/2' faceplates stainless steel or solid brass, assembly designed for easy installation. mount standard 2 x electrical boxes. SPDT (and optional DPDT) UL/CSA approved, rated 15A @ 30 VDC.
