The CM-40K-2 from Controls is a 4-1/2' stainless steel round push plate switch 'wheelchair' symbol, blue.

Camden CM-40 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 4-1/2” faceplates or solid brass, and assembly designed for easy installation.

The mount to standard 2 x 4 electrical boxes. SPDT (and optional DPDT) UL/CSA approved, rated 15A @ 30 VDC.
