The CM-41-2-DP from Controls is a 4 1/2' round push plate switch with square back plate, 'WHEELCHAIR' symbol, blue, DPDT instead of SPDT switch. CM-41 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 4-1/2' faceplates stainless steel or solid brass, and assembly designed for easy installation. mount to standard 2 x electrical boxes.
