The CM-41-2-PB from Controls is a 4 1/2' round push plate switch with square back plate, 'WHEELCHAIR' symbol, blue, polished brass (US3/605). CM-41 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 4-1/2' faceplates stainless steel or solid brass, and assembly designed for easy installation. mount to standard 2 x electrical boxes. SPDT (and optional DPDT) UL/CSA approved, rated 15A @ 30 VDC. backplate on large enough dress-up (cover) poorly installed box. It will also fit perfectly most surface boxes.
