The CM-410G-3 from Controls is a 1 5/8' mushroom push button green single gang, n/c contacts 'push to open', black text.

Camden CM-400 Series switches are medium-duty push-button controls. Buttons available in red, blue, or (other colors on request), with 5/8” (40 mm) diameter. The free-spinning, for protection against vandalism. They supplied an industrial grade stainless steel faceplate, one gang two widths. UL /CSA approved, rated 6 AMPS @ 30V DC. Select models UL294.
