The CM-45-3FDP from Controls is a 4-1/2' square push plate switch, concealed screws, 'POUSSEZ POUR OUVRIR', black graphics, DPDT switch instead of SPDT switch. CM-45 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 4 1/2' faceplates stainless steel and assemblies designed for easy installation.
