The CM-60K-1 from Controls is a 6' stainless steel round blank push plate switch .

Camden CM-60 Series all-active switches are heavy-duty, ADA-compliant controls. The 6” faceplates or solid brass, and assembly designed for easy installation in single-gang electrical boxes, or, with included adapter – double-gang 4x4 boxes. SPDT optional DPDT UL/CSA approved, rated 15 amps @ 30 VDC.
