The Camden Door Controls CX-WC13AXFMFE is a flush mount combo illuminated push plate system for restroom access control. It includes a CX-33 Advanced Logic Relay, a CM-2520/4855SE1 switch with a narrow 2 by 4 inch 'Push to Open' and lock mechanism, and a CM-45/455SE1 4-1/2 inch square plate with concealed screws. The plate features a red, green, and blue illuminated sounder box (CM-55i) that indicates door status clearly with double-sided bilingual signage.

This kit also comes with a CX-MDA magnetic contact switch in white, providing surface SPST contact for door monitoring. The signage displays 'DOOR LOCKED WHEN RED,' 'UNLOCKED GREEN,' and 'OCCUPIED VACANT GREEN' with a blue wheelchair symbol indicating open status.
