The Comnet CWFE1004BPOES/M is a commercial-grade Ethernet media converter that supports 10/100 Mbps data rates. It converts Ethernet signals to singlemode fiber optic using an SC connector. This unit operates in full-duplex mode and requires a compatible 'A' unit to function.
It includes 48 VDC Power Over Ethernet (PoE) compliance with IEEE 802.3at standards, capable of delivering up to 30 watts of power in Mode B. The electrical interface auto-negotiates between 10 and 100 Mbps speeds, eliminating the need for manual configuration.
Housed in a rugged, compact enclosure, the converter features bi-color status LEDs and automatic resettable current limiters. It supports DIN-rail mounting with optional accessory kits and comes with a power supply included.
