The Computar H16Z7516AMS-IR is a 7.5-120mm (16x) IR-corrected motorized zoom lens featuring 1/2-inch lens format, mount lens, iris, and filter.
Infrared light increases at night because the wavelength distribution changes greatly between day night. In case of surveillance with infrared lighting, CCTV lenses cause focus shift difference distribution, even when focused properly during day.
Computar's new utilizes special optical glass material which minimizes dispersion. As result, refocusing not required used lighting. also has multi-coating on all elements so that transmits more up to region. This provides much
more vivid picture Day/Night cameras or ultra high sensitivity cameras.
Computar provide remote control length, iris through use controller, for where variable length are required. They ideal applications requiring long distance parking lots, highways, etc.
