This 600 MCM 4 conductor stranded copper MC cable includes a #2 ground and is sold by the foot. It features compact compressed stranded copper conductors with moisture and flame resistant XLPE XHHW-2 insulation. The conductors use color coding method 4 with numbered black insulation.
The cable has an overall aluminum interlocked armor and is wrapped with Mylar tape for added durability. It is rated for 600 volts at 90°C dry and 75°C wet locations and meets UL 44, 1569, 1581, 1685, FT4, and IEEE 1202 70,000 BTU vertical flame test standards.
Suitable for feeder, branch, and distribution circuits in commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-residential settings. It can be installed exposed, in trays, or other raceways, and is approved for fire wall penetration rated for 90°C. Complies with NEC Articles 230-43, 300-22, 321, 334, 518, and 520.
