Alpha Communications® SW-ALENTRY4 Version 4 AlphaEntry™ software operates on Windows-based PCs with a touch screen or regular monitor. It manages entry calling for intercom, telephone, and VOIP emergency-call systems in lobbies, security desks, or concierge applications.

The software supports secure, encrypted logging of all system activity and optional video images. It allows visitor-to-staff or staff-to-remote-location communication using six distinct connection methods. The system includes customizable user-defined .wav signal files and a full access control module to set resident codes with date and time qualifiers.
