Avid Support Reinstatement Fee

The Avid Support Reinstatement is a service designed to renew product support contracts for perpetual software licenses and hardware that previously had a support contract. This service is available for perpetual software where the previous support contract has ended less than a year ago, and for hardware where the previous support contract has ended less than two years prior. The reinstatement allows for the renewal of support up to one year from the end of the software contract and up to two years from the end of the hardware contract.
