The Benchmark AHB2 High-Resolution Power Amplifier is a high-performance audio amplifier designed for professional use. It features output power capabilities of 100 W/channel into 8 Ω, 130 W/channel into 6 Ω, 190 W/channel into 4 Ω, 240 W/channel into 3 Ω, and 200 W Bridged Mono into 16 Ω. The amplifier has input sensitivity levels of 22 dBu (9.8 Vrms) for low gain, 14.2 dBu (4 Vrms) for mid gain, and 8.2 dBu (2 Vrms) for high gain. It also includes input impedance settings of 50 kΩ, normal mode and 1 MΩ, common mode. The amplifier has triggers with a 12 VDC, 200 mA current-limited output, and input voltage range from -0.3 to 30 VDC. Additional specifications include cross talk better than -115 dB at 1 kHz and better than -92 dB at 20 kHz, frequency response better than 0.1 Hz to 200 kHz, input CMRR of 80 dB at 20 Hz, 80 dB at 1 kHz, and 65 dB at 20 kHz, maximum output current of 18 A per channel, signal-to-noise ratio of 132 dB A-weighted, and THD+N less than -118 dB at 1 kHz.
