The BirdDog 4K Quad NDI Encoder/Decoder BD4KQUAD is designed for professional video production and distribution. It supports up to UHD 4K/60 input with full-bandwidth I-Frame compression. The device features four BNC inputs (12G-SDI) that can be switched, along with a single 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS audio input. It provides one HDMI 2.0 output and a single 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS stereo audio output. Additional features include a USB-A PoE port and one SFP+ slot for expansion.
The device supports various video formats including SDI UHD 4K, 1080p, 1080i, and 720p at multiple frame rates. It also includes a tally light and is powered via a barrel connector (12 VDC) and an RJ45 input.
