The Bogen PCMTIM Telephone Interface Module offers a universal connection compatible with most systems. It connects through a standard RJ11 plug and uses slide switches to select the port type. Additional wiring is handled via built-in terminal blocks, making installation straightforward.
Programming is accessible with zone group setup and signaling function selection. Dialing uses a touch-tone telephone, and three jacks are provided for Override, Page Port/Trunk, and 90V Night Ring/Station operation. The ringer can be triggered by the ring signal or contact closure.
The Page Port/Trunk jack supplies 48 volts talk battery for local programming. The Override jack supports all-zone paging when connected to a dedicated telephone, trunk, or microphone with an appropriate pre-amplifier.
