The Burl Audio B1 500 Series Microphone Preamp Module is a single-channel microphone preamplifier with discrete Class-A input circuitry. It features a BX3 input transformer, a single LED metering system, and a -30 dB pad. The module does not include ground lift functionality but allows for polarity reversal. The gain/trim range is +70 dB, and it supports ribbon mic mode. Phantom power output of 48 V is switchable on/off for all microphone inputs. It includes a 1/4" TS unbalanced input and no digital audio I/O.
