The flush cut feature ensures conductors are cut flush with the face of the connector, reducing the risk of contact issues and improving safety.
These 8P8C modular plugs are compatible with 100Ω balanced twisted pair cables up to 250 MHz and are plated with 50 micro-inches of gold for long-term reliability. They are intended for use with the IDEAL FT-45™ crimp tool and support solid or stranded 23-24 AWG copper conductors. The connectors accommodate cable diameters up to .270 inches and include primary and secondary strain relief supports for a secure connection.
