The Kramer PT-3UC is an active USB 3.1 extender that supports high-resolution 4K60Hz (4:4:4) HDMI signals over up to 100 meters of CAT copper cable. Using HDBaseT 3.0 technology, it transmits HDMI, USB 2.0, Ethernet, RS-232, and infrared signals reliably across extended distances.
Both transmitter and receiver units can function interchangeably, with transmitter-side mirroring for a local monitor. The device supports HDMI features such as HDCP 2.3, EDID, CEC, HDR10, deep color, x.v.Color™, and uncompressed audio including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD.
Installation is straightforward with status LEDs for troubleshooting and a fanless MegaTOOLS enclosure that fits dropped ceilings or can be rack mounted side-by-side using an adapter. It delivers full 1 Gbps Ethernet and bi-directional RS-232 and IR control for connected devices.
