The National Optical 167-ASC Compound Oil Immersion Microscope is designed for high precision imaging. It features a 45° inclined, 360° rotating monocular head and a 4-position nosepiece. The microscope offers optical magnification ranging from 0.1 to 4x, 0.25 to 10x, 0.65 to 40x, and 1.25 to 100x. The eyepiece provides 4 to 100x wide field magnification. It is powered by an AC adapter and includes diopter correction for accurate focusing.
The condenser has a 1.25 numerical aperture (NA) Abbe design. The microscope operates on 110 to 220 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz and is constructed from aluminum for the stand.
