The Orbbec Astra 2 3D Camera is designed for indoor use and utilizes structured light technology. It offers a field of view up to 74.7 x 46.2° with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps. The camera features internal processing using Orbbec MX6600 ASIC. It has an IR: Global Shutter Color: Rolling Shutter shutter type and supports 50 and 60 Hz anti-flicker. The baseline is 75mm, with classic resolution options including 1280 x 960, 640 x 480, and 320 x 240 at various frame rates.
Data connection is via USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 for data and power. The camera also includes high resolution modes with options like 1600 x 1200, 800 x 600, and 400 x 300 at different frame rates. It supports IMU with 6 DoF frequency range of 50 to 2000 Hz and is available in mirror mode.
