The RCF NXW 44-A 2100W Active 2-Way Column Array Speaker is designed for both portable and installed applications. This active column array speaker features a 2-way configuration with a total output power of 2100 W peak. The low-frequency driver includes three 10" / 25.4 cm woofers with a 2.5" / 63.5 mm voice coil and neodymium magnet. The high-frequency driver is a single 1.4" / 35.6 mm horn-loaded titanium dome compression driver with a 3" / 7.6 cm voice coil.
The frequency range extends from 45 Hz to 20 kHz, with a bass-reflex enclosure. The amplifier power rating includes 1400 W peak for low frequencies and 700 W peak for mid frequencies, operating in a class-D configuration. The maximum sound pressure level is 135 dB, offering a coverage angle of 100° H x 50° V. The speaker includes protections against excursion, RMS, and thermal issues.
