The Sontronics Apollo 2 Stereo Ribbon Microphone is designed for use with acoustic guitar, piano, and room miking. This microphone features a ribbon element type with a figure-8 polar pattern. It offers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 125 dB. The Apollo 2 includes an analog output with 1x proprietary (on mic) and 2x XLR 3-pin male (on included cable). Phantom power is supported, and the microphone has a solid-state circuitry design.
It provides a stereo sound field in X/Y configuration and is oriented side address. The equivalent noise level is 10 dB (A-weighted).
