SYSTEM SENSOR WFD40N Waterflow Detector, 4" Pipe Size

The SYSTEM SENSOR WFD40N Waterflow Detector is built for 4-inch pipe applications and meets UL and NEMA 4 standards for durability. It features a new directional cover that clearly shows flow direction for easy inspection. The cover is corrosion resistant, lightweight, unpainted, and provides an improved seal.

This detector includes a sealed retard mechanism that is protected against dust and contaminants. The plastic cover acts as an insulator, reducing shock hazards and preventing arcing. It provides both visual and audible switch activations with a 73 dBA alert.

Additional features include a field-replaceable timer and switch assembly accommodating up to 12 AWG wiring, tamper-resistant cover screws, wire-ready terminals with an improved layout, and snap-in optional cover switch. The timer offers enhanced repeatability and accuracy.
