The Verkada AC12-HW One-Door Controller is a cloud-managed access control device that supports one lock and two readers. It features PoE power for peripherals and native indoor/outdoor support. The unit includes 1 x USB-A 2.0 female input, 2 x REX (Request-to-Exit), 1 x DPI (Door Position Indicator), and 1 x auxiliary input. Ethernet connectivity is provided via 1000M RJ45, with Bluetooth wireless capability. Mobile app compatibility is available for Android and iOS through the Verkada Pass application.

The power source is PoE, with a DC input of 37 to 57 VDC at 600 mA. Power consumption is up to 60 W, with output specifications including 1 x 12 VDC at 100 mA maximum for DC and 802.3af/at 37 to 57 VDC, 600 mA maximum for PoE. The device also includes door reader ports, RS-485 ports, and Wiegand ports, with relay outputs supporting wet or dry relays.
