The 120-8014 from Interlogix is a 4-zone LCD Suite Module provides an integrated security solution ideal for the condominium suite owner. Each module is a fully self-contained alarm panel that connects to the base building Monitor XL system for configuration and reporting. A single platform provides individual suite security, base building access, underground parking access, wireless and hardwired panic alarms, access to restricted amenities, video surveillance and elevator control to each floor.
Up to eight residents can be configured per suite with four preconfigured authorities. Users may change their unique PIN at any time. Those with Master Authority can edit and delete the authority and PIN of other residents within the suite.
The LCD keypad supports four suite alarm zones and three programmable personal safety alerts, such as fire, police and medical. The keypad modules allow for remote arming, disarming and silencing of alarms. Each function is programmable by individual suite. An Activity Monitoring feature monitors movement within the suite while the suite is disarmed.
Users can log on to the keypad with a personal PIN or a building-access G-Prox II token. For higher security, the system can be set up to require both the token and a personal PIN to disarm the suite, but only the token to arm the suite.
