Spec SheetThe KILLARK GRSSA-2 is a 3/4 inch aluminum outlet body suitable for hazardous area applications. It features a compact design with 13 internal hubs, including two on each side and five in the back, facilitating versatile conduit connections.
Constructed from copper-free aluminum, it is finished in gray and measures 7.75 inches in length, 6 inches in width, and 4.125 inches in height. The outlet body is furnished with an internal ground screw and cast-in brackets on the cover for use with breaker-bar tools. A blank cover (Cat. No. GRRBC) and five close-up plugs are included to ensure secure sealing and access.
Designed to protect conductors in threaded rigid conduit, it functions as a pull and splice box, interconnects conduit runs, changes conduit direction, and provides access for maintenance within hazardous environments. It complies with multiple hazardous ratings including Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups C, D; Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F, G; and Class III, Divisions 1 & 2.
