In addition integration the DEMS, licensing program entitles subscriber unlimited phone email access dedicated, multi-tiered technical support team, 24 hours day, 365 days year. Licensed are eligible all official software firmware releases, patches, updates, during term license. Interim releases may be provided special circumstances advance their general release.
