The RRX-49-LX-ST transmits and receives (2) copper BaseT Ethernet signals at the optical 1000 BaseX ports. A single rackcard unit is capable of connecting up to Series MX/MTX-48 modules which provides benefit reducing number rackcards corresponding subrack space power supplies. system designed be completely transparent with auto negotiation features automatically configures for correct speed (10/100/1000 BaseT). MDI/MDIX operation eliminates potential need crossover cables. Diagnostic indicators provide quick visual indication status. Equipment may ordered as stand alone or cards that are mounted in Fibertek Card Cage: SR-20/2.
