The TRIPLETT SLM400-NIST Sound Level Meter can be used to test and verify levels for worker safety (OSHA), community noise ordinances, night clubs/concerts, airports, mines, athletic events, construction sites, vehicle testing, wind farms, new product reduction other applications. The meets IEC 61672-1 type 2, ANSI S1.4 2 with plus or minus 1.5dB accuracy. It features a 35 130dB range C weighting selectable fast/slow response time. Includes Certificate of Traceability N.I.S.T, 9-Volt battery windscreen hard carrying case.
