The Triplett TMP10 Pocket Thermometer has a 2.9' (73mm) food grade stainless steel probe for measuring the temperature of air, liquids and semi-solids. It range -58 to 572°F (-50 300°C) with 0.1°F/°C resolution an accuracy ±1.8°F /1°C. features Min/Max reset Data Hold function that freezes reading on display. Comes complete LR44 battery protective cover.
