The Blackmagic Design MultiView 16 is a professional video switching device designed for high-quality video distribution. It features 16 x 6G-SDI inputs with loop outputs, along with 1 x HDMI and 4 x SDI multiview outputs. The unit supports various video formats including SDI (10-Bit 4:2:2 RGB, YUV) at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 24 fps, 3840 x 2160 at multiple frame rates, and 1920 x 1080p at various frame rates.
Additional features include embedded audio over SDI, 1x RJ45 (RS-422), 1x RJ45 (10/100 Mbps Ethernet), and 1x Mini-USB 2.0. The device complies with SMPTE 259M/292M/296M/425M-B and ITU-R BT.601/BT.656 standards, supports reclocking, HDCP, and operates on macOS 10.15 to 11.1 or later and Windows 10 (64-Bit Only). It can handle up to 4 x 4 multiple display configurations with a maximum sampling rate of 48 kHz / 24-Bit.
