The Comnet FVR10D1EM is a multimode video receiver and data transceiver designed for short-haul fiber optic transmission. It supports one channel of digitally encoded 10-bit video compliant with EIA RS-250C standards alongside a single 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. This device works with Ethernet data, serial communications, and up-the-coax video signals.
Compatible with major CCTV manufacturers, the unit supports RS232, RS422, and 2 or 4-wire RS485 interfaces using various protocols. The FVR10D1EM fits into the modular ComFit housing system and can be mounted in racks, on walls, or on DIN rails with an adaptor. It meets NEMA TS-1/TS-2 and Caltrans Traffic Signal Control specifications.
