This 12/2 Solid Metal Clad (MC) Cable features solid copper conductors with aluminum interlocking armor. It includes a bare ground wire and THHN insulation rated UL 83 and flame resistant to VW-1 standards. The cable is suitable for branch, feeder, and service distribution in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential buildings.
It meets NEC Articles 230.43, 300.22(C), 330, and 518-645 for installations in raceways, open runs on messengers, exposed or concealed tray runs, and air spaces compliant with code requirements.
