NEMA-rated for explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, and raintight use, this 3/4 inch conduit outlet box from Appleton Electric offers a 2.13 inch cover opening size and 7.3 cubic inches of wiring capacity. Its malleable iron body and cover feature a triple coating that enhances resistance to corrosion, impact, and shock. The box has three 3/4 inch threaded hubs to connect threaded metallic conduit systems securely. The outlet box includes an internal ground screw and smooth, rounded integral bushings in the hubs to protect conductor insulation during wire pulling or conduit runs. The externally threaded body with an internally threaded cover creates tight, rigid joints with ground continuity for classified area requirements.
